Please join us for a two weekend seminar taught by Ray Silverstrand Sensei.

Silverstrand Sensei is the founder of Silverstrand Dojo International.

Silverstrand Sensei also runs Silverstrand Dojo Lanzarote located on the island of Lanzarote Spain and teaches martial arts, police tactics and military tactics seminars world wide.
This is a rare chance to have personal instruction from a high ranking
martial artist with 41 years of experience.

Cost for the Seminar is $50.00 per person.
The seminar will be held at the downtown Lincoln YMCA and

Silverstrand Integrated Martial Arts.

Located in Lincoln Nebraska USA.

All participants may
use the YMCA’s shower and locker facilities.
