Hi Guys,
The video of the month for July is now up. This video is an instructional video of aikido kokyu nage by Zach Johnson Sensei. Zach Sensei did an excellent job of explaining the philosophy and technical side of this wonderful technique. Also, Chris and Colin did their normal excellent job of creating this video.
