The Silverstrand Dojo Martial Arts Review number 18 is now up! The last four months went by very quickly, we must always remember to use our time wisely and cherish every beautiful moment that we are blessed to be on this earth. This newsletter is dedicated to O Sensei Porter. May he find peace and joy on his journey.

 Make new friends, but keep the old;
Those are silver, these are gold. New-made friendships, like new wine, Age will mellow and refine.
