The video of the month for December is up and running!
Hi Guys
Great news, the video of the month for December is up and running! This video is once again thanks to the hard work of Chris and Colin of Testing Tree Productions. Their subject for this video is Rex Peake Sensei of Silvestrand Dojo Nebraska teaching the Judo techniques of Koshi Guruma and Sumi Gaeshi. We are very fortunate because the quality of these videos seem to be getting better and better.
As always thank you dear friends for all the joy you bring!
Peace and light!

Hi Guys!
The video of the month for November is now up! This video "The Six Basic Concepts of Self-defense by John Barron Sensei" is an attempt to give the beginning student of the martial arts a basic idea of self defense. John Barron Sensei has been practicing the martial arts since the early 1980s and is the senior member of Silverstrand Dojo Nebraska. Our humble little dojo is very lucky to have this innovative and loyal member.
As always thank you for all the wonderful things you do for this world and the martial arts.

| “Aspire to be like Mt. Fuji, with such a broad and solid foundation that the strongest earthquake cannot move you, and so tall that the greatest enterprises of common men seem insignificant from your lofty perspective. With your mind as high as Mt Fuji you can see all things clearly. And you can see all the forces that shape events; not just the things happening near to you.” -Miyamoto Musashi |
